Lila Howard

I grew up in the small town of Glasford, Illinois. There I learned the true value of community and the importance of working together in a close-knit environment. I saw firsthand how collaboration and support can make a meaningful difference in people's lives. These experiences shaped my passion for building connections and fostering positive relationships. I carry these with me as I pursue my studies and future career.

I am currently a sophomore at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Organizational and Community Leadership with a minor in Media. I aim to apply the knowledge and experiences I have gained through my studies to work collaboratively with others. My passion for leadership and community engagement drives me to seek opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of organizations.
